I may have mentioned this in an earlier blog or the response to another’s blog:

30 months of high VC therapy, 10 grams per day in five divided doses, as well as completely arresting the progression of atheromatous plaque, has resulted in an increase of the intima of my carotid arteries without compromising their elasticity or the area of the lumen. For all intents, my arteries have become younger and stronger.

The attending ultrasonograph technician, upon reviewing and comparing data from two earlier tests, was surprised saying that she had never seen that condition in any of her years of experience.

Needless to say, I am very pleased with the result; a simple and inexpensive vitamin supplement regimen has virtually guaranteed that I will never suffer cardio-vascular disease.

Your results are wonderful. It is a tremendous shame that they are, not just surprising to most, but positively unbelievable (and I mean that quite literally). With heart disease the #1 killer in America, we could only dream that more people would consider adequate vitamin C with a fraction of the concern they have for “cholesterol”.

Perhaps Rusty we should advertise vitamin C as a dietory way to lose weight. People would flock to the stores to take it. Sure it may not cure weight problems, but look at what it would cure. Having said that, I find that I do indeed not have the craving for things that I used to. So control of appetite is a byproduct and a good one.

Have been taking 5g a day for 2 weeks or so (1 g X 5 times a day). Anyone notice the change in skin tone? Skin is firmer and less bloated.

Also anyone notice the little energy boost you get 15 minutes after taking 1 g?
